I’ve been living holistically for over 30 years - not as a trend, but as a way of life.

I began in nutrition, detoxification, and natural living, driven by a deep curiosity about vitality and how the body truly heals. Over time, that curiosity led me to notice a consistent pattern:

Capable, responsible women doing “everything right” yet still living with chronic stress, fatigue, hormone or gut issues, and emotional overwhelm.

That question - why healing wasn’t holding - changed the direction of my work.

What Shapes My Work

Over decades of lived experience and practice, one truth became unmistakable:

Information alone doesn’t heal.

What makes the difference is the nervous system - how safe the body feels, how stress has been stored, and how the body has adapted over time.

When the nervous system doesn’t feel safe, the body stays in protection mode - no matter how “perfect” the protocol.

This understanding now sits at the center of everything I do.

How I Work

I don’t believe the body is broken.

I see symptoms as intelligent responses - shaped by life experience, stress, and adaptation.

My role isn’t to fix you.
It’s to help you understand the pattern your body has been living from, so it can reorganize and return to balance naturally.

It’s the framework I use to help women see the pattern beneath their symptoms, understand what actually matters for their nervous system, and create the conditions for real, lasting change.
